Jupiter St Holiday Home No 2

The location to our venue was great. Large wardrobes in 2 rooms and the ensuite was convenient

1. Kitchen and living area so small 2. Uncomfortable dirty couch 3. Sleeps 6 but accommodates 3 in the living area 4. An extremely thin polar fleece blanket and a sheet was all that we had for warmth on the bed (thank goodness we brought a spare blanket each). 5. Only 1 drinking glass 6. You have a full kitchen and they offered bearly any utensils (we had 3 wooden utensils only) 7. TV was useless, we couldn't even hear it sometimes, sometimes it froze, for a house that doesn't offer alot needs to atleast have a working TV 7. Draining in the top of the house was terrible, you could not even drain your water after brushing your teeth. 8. Thin pillows that left your neck sore. 9. Main bedroom has no character what so ever, white walls, no pictures, only a bed 2 bedside tables, 2 mismatched lamps and a tall mirror that is suppose to be hanging but is leaning against the wall. Overall an extremely underwhelming place to stay, I wouldn't recommend it unless they fix these very easy to fix issues

within the three nights stay, we only had internet during our last day. other than that its very comfy

It's a new townhouse. Good size and quite comfortable. Private car garage (Very tight for larger cars, but it's ok).

I'm super easy to please and I stay anywhere. Not a complainer, and would have given this property a 9 or a 10 if the owners at least had put in the effort to make it look nice. With the IKEA's of the world, there is no excuse!!! The property was furnished with the least amount of money possible, and it shows. This was a turnoff!!! The couch in the living room looked like it was salvaged from an old house. We were a party of 6 - The kitchen had 5 plates, 3 bowls and 4 cups. There was practically nothing to cook with or serve food on. The refrigerator was so small that it look ridiculous in the kitchen. If you have the money to buy a property to put in airbnb or booking.com at least spend a little bit to make it look nice and buy a real refrigerator. No Air Conditioning on the second floor where the rooms are. And no blankets on the beds either. Not suited for long stays.

All the facilities ect.

Not enough towels and toilet paper. There should be at least available 2 toilet rolls per day per bathroom. So in this case there were 3 toilets and we stayed 4 nights so there should have been at least 4-6 rolls in each bathroom. Nothing like no toilet paper.

Was quiet a good space for family

Very small garage if have large vehicle

Great location great place to stay.

Could have had more blankets, kids were cold. Could have had more cutlery. Family of 5 and only had 2 bowls in the cupboard. Made breakfast time quite long having to wait for a bowl.

Great stay at this accommodation, great price, great facilities, very comfortable, quiet safe neighbourhood
