View, location, amenities, the apartment looks just like the picture

There is only heating with 2 air conditioners in the room, one of which does not work. When it rains there is no electricity. The wifi often does not work, and when it did work it was weak. We were with two children, we slept in jackets. The bathroom has no heating, as do the other rooms. When we called them to tell them we had no electricity, they said there was no electricity when it rained. Water was coming into our apartment from the hallway, and they knew that too. The hairdryer is not working.

The location and the terrace were fantastic. Close to many restaurants and old Valletta attractions. We had morning coffee , several meals, and general relaxation while enjoying the stunning view of Marsamxetto harbor, Manoel island, and Sliema cityscape. Thankfully had a lift , walk down the 86 step spiral staircase was fine without luggage , but going up would have been a challenge.

Generally good, kitchen had basics but no coffee maker but did have a French press. The living area was top level with a powder room , with spiral stair way to bedrooms and full bath on lower entry level. Lower level had large central area with seating in one alcove and a work space in the other alcove, however as there was little natural light not as inviting or useful as the very bright an open upper level. The bed linens, towels and terrace furniture was a bit tired but serviceable. Windows mirrors could have benefited from better cleaning products.

Alles was prima

Die Lagen des Appartement war ein Traum, es hätte nicht bessern sein können. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber.

Lovely spacious apartment with a great view .

The electricity supply failed due to rainwater ingress shorting out the internal circuit breakers and we were left with no power therefore, no lights, no cooking facilities , no water heater and the prospect of having to feel our way around an apartment with a steep internal spiral staircase in the pitch dark with trip hazards. We had no alternative but to leave the apartment as there was no chance of the fault being quickly rectified . We arranged hotel accommodation after notifying the management. We felt entitled to a refund of rent for the period of lost amenity to help cover our expenses but so far have been met with a total refusal from the owners.

η τοποθεσία καταπληκτική, η θέα από το μπαλκόνι τέλεια ,ανετότατο με a/c σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο και στο σαλόνι, πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα ,καλό wifi

εμφανίστηκαν όλα τα προβλήματα μιας επιλογής airbnb αντί ξενοδοχείου. Συγγεκριμένα ,έτυχε μια μέρα να έχει δυνατή βροχή κατά την οποία γέμισε νερά η είσοδος και ειχε διακοπή ρεύματος λόγω κάποιου βραχυκυκλώματος (πιθανόν το επάνω a/c) .Αυτά τα προβλήματα σε ξενοδοχεία λύνονται άμεσα από την υπηρεσία ενώ στην περίπτωση μας πρέπει να βρίσκει λύσεις ο φιλοξενούμενος.Το σημαντικότερο πρόβλημα όμως είναι το ασανσέρ που δεν λειτουργούσε την τελευταία μέρα και το δωμάτιο είναι στον 5ο όροφο (85 στενά τσιμεντένια σκαλοπάτια) αλλά ακόμα και όταν λειτουργούσε ένιωθες ότι έμπαινες στο τρενάκι του τρόμου.Επίσης ζητήσαμε εκ των προτέρω δεύτερο σετ κλειδιά τα οποία ποτέ δεν μας δώθηκαν.
