No cooking utensils, rubbish left in back yard. Broken washing machine, broken bed. Had to sleep on the floor on mattress. The list is endless tried to contact property they never get back to you don’t be fooled by the photos nothing like that at all.

Lack of basic kitchen utensils, no plug for the kitchen sink and no washing up bowl a shortage of crockery only 3 cereal bowls, 4 mugs , 4 side plates , certainly not enough for 6 persons as the property is advertised to accommodate. Uncollected Rubbish outside both at the front and the side of the house .Cigarette ends outside the back door, the interior of the property smells through out of stale cigarette smoke , unable to connect to the Wi Fi using the link that was sent in the details from Blackstone , message sent via Whatsapp to request confirmation of this, no response was received. An object in the Downstairs loo possibly plastic? so used toilets up stairs only.

Rooms were lovely. It was clean.
