"basic, but it is very good value for money."

The place is clean and tidy, but quite basic, but it is very good value for money. It was just what I needed for a quick visit and a place to sleep for the night.

'B3' was confusing as this was room 3 in number 2 Jacks Court, so took a few minutes to find it once I arrived. Key deposit was a surprise, and a bit fiddly to process payment with my smartphone (more my tech-challenged all thumbs than actually difficult, as I don't generally use my phone to pay anything), and the floor and stairs creaked a lot when people moved about, but all I needed was a bed for the night, so no serious complaints.

"Shut it down until all work is done"

Not worth the money And it should have been included

Bed bugs no tv no communal area and work being done on the property whilst guests were present

"Good budget stay for 1 or 2 nights! I stayed longer, but moved out to pay more & stay elsewhere."

Once a week, the owner offered a free breakfast. Just a flour and seed pancake. Though the coffee was nice. Due to no access to the advertised kitchen, the owner did provide an air fryer, so I could cook in my room.

The property is an amateur part time pet hobby in somebody's house. Advertised facilities are out of bounds for guests.

"Bad service just there to get more money out of you £25 for a key to the door."

Nothing it was very basic, not like the photo.

I had to leave a 2am as the room next door to me was talking all night and I could sleep, so I had to drive home tired it's a miracle I got home safe. The home owner didn't even come and talk to them after I knocked on the door.

Comfortable bed Offered a hot drink

Would have liked a small kettle and mug. Had to ask for a towel for shower. Couldn't use TV as you had to be given a TV remote that you obtained by giving a £25 returnable deposit. But I didn't have cash or bankcard with me. Thought it would be nearer my destination
