The resort is stunning. The staff are welcoming and the check in procedure is smooth while you sip your welcome drink. The accommodations are lovely and private, and within easy proximity of the main facilities (restaurant / beach / bar / pool). The staff of the restaurant (particularly of breakfast - including Mee, the manager) are consistently attentive and friendly. Not just polite and pleasant, but truly friendly and super accommodating. The pool staff - towels and bar - are also smiling and easy going. Nothing is a problem - everything is easy! The main dining room serves delicious meals! They are a little more expensive, although still within what you may expect for this quality. Eating off resort was also very easy - just a short walk away is a local place run by a lady who serves excellent, authentic Thai food called Baan Peek Mai - the Cashew Chicken is wonderful!!. Also nearby is a cooking school which we loved, run by Chef Pak - worth doing!! Thank you to everyone at Rawi Warin - we loved our stay!

We stayed there in the off season, so not all amenities were available. Nothing to complain about - that's a seasonal issue. Suggestion: some games / sports options to play with in addition to the ping pong table. Possibly include a few more English books in the library. An outdoor movie night could be really fun.

+Tolles Hotel, Begrüßung mit Blumenketten, Erfrischungetränke und kühlen Handtuch. +Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich +kinderfreundlich mit tollen Angeboten (Ostereisuche, Luftballonfiguren) + wunderschöne Anlage mit tollem ruhigen Strand (die Warane sind ein Highlight) + Frühstücksbufett war gut und umfangreich, eventuell mehr Wurstwaren wären wünschenswert.

- Preis-Leistung im Spa sowie an der Poolbar/Restaurant absolut nicht gerechtfertigt und teilweise 2-4× höher als in der Umgebung. -Im Spa kostet 1h Massage teilweise 900Bth, während man dasselbe direkt am Strand neben dem Hotel für 400 Bth bekommt (inkl. Meerblick). -Preise an der Poolbar sind eine Frechtheit und stehen in keinerlei Relation zu Leistung. Man kann in der Umgebung deutlich günstiger und besser essen, auch direkt am Strand. Cocktails kosten mindestens 9€ (in der Happy Hour die Hälfte) und das Essen war das schlechteste was wir auf der gesamten Reise gegessen haben. Zum Vergleich: Wir haben Abends auswärts zu fünft meist um die 40€ bezahlt. Im Hotel am Abendbufett zahlt man pro Personen schon 25-30€. -Zimmer waren großzügig, aber es bräuchte mehr Stauraum/Schrankfläche - Kaffee beim Frühstück war nicht gut und es gab oft Warteschlangen am Vollautomaten.
