Delightful Experience Had a delightful stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, beds soft and cozy, bathrooms spotless. AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Excellent service at good prices.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this hotel. No hot water in the shower—an essential amenity—and despite several complaints, the receptionist first said he would change my room. After an hour of waiting, he suddenly claimed there was a problem with the pipeline and that there wouldn't be hot water at all. Seriously? I then asked to check out and get a refund, but they flatly denied it. And to top it all off, the receptionist casually suggested providing hot water in a Balti and Mug. Is this a joke? A hotel that can't even provide basic hot water? The service was equally appalling. I requested bottled drinking water at 9:30 PM, was assured it would be delivered to my room, and then waited an entire hour. When I finally went down to the reception to ask what was happening, the staff simply shrugged it off, claiming they had informed someone, but the other person probably forgot. In the end, I had no choice but to go out to the market at 10:30 PM just to buy a bottle of water myself. This level of incompetence and negligence makes me wonder—does the hotel manager or owner even care about what’s happening here? Or is this just standard practice at this place? Either way, an utterly disappointing experience. Would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
