The place is good.

Additional Time taken to deliver water bottles

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff (specifically Kunal Khatri and the other people at the reception & the security man as well) & I could change room to a much better one.

The (unbearable) noise level on the street side but I could change room so this issue was solved, the clients screeming in the corridors in the middle of the night, the cleanliness could be improved & the internet connection as well. There is a metro station 1 min walk away from the hotel & Greenpark Market (with Opera, Starbucks and other facilities) is 5 min walk away.

Location

Unfinished fittings, Housekeeping is poor in such cleanliness is not thorough. Our room at the front of the property was very noisy. Traffic and horns till late, although understandably not their fault.
