The staff was great and took initiative in making the arrangements more friendly.

The property overall was in a great location, very safe, a little less hectic (by Delhi Standards lol). The building was in overall good condition, the fan and air conditioning worked beautifullythe amenities worked well, and the neighboring community of Green Park was very pleasant to walk around solo (granted I am a 1.8 meter tall, 110kg man who can not speak for the experiences of female solo travelers, for that info please do your research! I can say that I did see many solo women walking without problem or being bothered). Overall the staff was kind and helped where they could.

The property overall was very good. The only thing I would recommend is that the room be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Granted I dont use hotel glassware, the cups were noticeably dirty upon arrival and there were some minor cosmetic items in need of repair, but for $60 USD (aprx 5,500 Rupees) this quaint hotel exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about traveling to India for the first time as a solo traveler,

Breakfast was good but need more choice of things in the breakfast

Rooms very good and comfortable.. cafe also very good. location good. some more improvement require in washroom area. price is on higher side compared service they provide.

breakfast very basic. no one there to take care of guests. presentation is also very basic.. you have to wait for every thing. staff require training, how to reply yo guest.

I am not used to leave long comments but I need to share how disappointed form this online booking. it’s important to warn other travelers The standard “booking room” sold on the plateforme are a scam To make it short - Bathroom with many broken supplies : no bathroom door handle , soap supplier broken… - dark and lookalike dirty bedhseet , towels - very poor room cleaning with dirty floor and remaining of many hairs from the previous hosts - room with no soundproofing that make ears the elevator all day and night long - hotel in itself dirty and very nosy - the saddest breakfast buffet ever - no choise and poor quality , in a humid and cold basement room Some other hotel rooms seems in more average and in better condition but that à gamble on your booking So far you might find a better value for money in a hotel in Paharganj

Size of the room was very small.

Service is reasonable. Rooms are clean.

The plug points are very poorly planned in the room. When the bathroom gets wet, there is no way to dry it.
