Happy Feet Cottage, Sleeps 6

The Cottage is comfortable with quirky little touches throughout. The bathroom and shower are amazing, the attic room is by far, the quietest and nicest bedroom. The village is very pretty and has several amenities, pub, coop and great fish and chip shop.

The Cottage needs a little TLC in places.There are LOTS of rules, which make your stay a little uncomfortable and hard to really relax. Just one or two logs for the fire and a very small welcome basket (there wasn't even a pint of milk)would make a huge difference with very little outlay. The bedrooms facing the road were incredibly noisy through the night. My family members in those rooms got very little sleep.

Spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard - great showers and beds. Great location for exploring the Peak District and good pubs nearby.

Right next to a very busy road with trucks thundering past all the time - double glazing might help reduce the noise?

Fully functional house for 6 people. Had everything we needed, lotsbof local information & super cosy.
