The lodge was amazing, clean and had everything we could have needed for our weekend away, staff were brilliant and answered any question we had before and during the stay, we'll definitely be back

"Girls weekend in York!!"

Really nice stay at The Eagle.Hot tub was lovely and warm/hot too. Lots of giggles were in there too 😂. Plenty of crisp clean bedding and towels. Water is always hot! (With eight lasses all, getting ready at the same time!)

The Only down side was the next door cabin was overlooking the decking area so no privet.

Absolutely beautiful lodge, was ideal for our girls weekend. On arrival we had a little hamper provided by the company 😀 along with a little toiletries gift provided for each guest. Beds were very comfortable, great night's sleep. Main bedroom with en suite. Big family bathroom too. Big kitchen with all needed. Spacious living room with TV and log burner. Hot tub was great too. Also outdoor seating with a bbq grill. All in all fab place to stay and will definitely be returning next year. Xx

Only thing I would say is where the hot tub is situated it needs more shelter. Has it rained and was very windy.

"Brilliant stay, can’t wait to visit again!"

Couldn’t recommend this property enough! Everything from the hosts to the facilities and especially all the little touches. The lodge is beautiful with modern, clean and stylish furnishings throughout. Everything was thought out and everything you might possibly need was there including a coffee machine with pods, plastic cups for the hottub and a washing machine! We loved our stay and will definitely be returning.
