Al Sasseto B&B

Susi is a great host. She was very hospitable and welcoming for us. The Bed & breakfast is nestled into the mountians south of Maranello. The room was quaint and cozy with a warm inviting feeling. Plenty of electrical outlets. Breakfasts were very good. This is a quiet remote location if guests want to get out of the city and enjoy a quieter slower paced atmosphere. We personally loved Susi's dogs and Cat. they also made us feel welcome in the home. Potential guests should be prepared for the drive, it is up in the mountains with a lot of twists and turns. Additionally the sign for the turn off to get to the property is hard to see while driving along the road. I would highly recommend this location.

Posizione tranquilla in collina

Hicimos un alto en el camino en nuestro recorrido en coche por Italia para ver el museo de Ferrari y el de Lamborghini, por lo que nos pareció perfecto para descansar una noche. Está en mitad del campo, la carretera es algo incómoda pero el paisaje es muy bonito, perfecto para desconectar del ajetreo de las ciudades turísticas. Es como una casa rural, la dueña vive ahí con su marido, en otra parte de la casa, con 3 perros y un gato. La barrera del idioma hace un poco difícil entenderse si no hablas italiano, pero en general muy bien. El desayuno está muy bien, tiene productos caseros. Y la dueña nos dejó hacer nuestro propio picnic en su jardín, e incluso nos prestó cubiertos y vajilla.

Beautiful countryside, delicious breakfast and dinner, it was an amazing stay and we were sad were were there for such a short time! The house is homely.
