I would say the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, that is all I can that is nice about our stay.

Nice host but terrible stay. This listing is not accurate. I will explain in detail. The pictures make this look like a beautiful contry farm estate.. in reality, it is an old retail farm store that was converted into rental units with very basic accommodations. DRIVEWAY..First thing we noticed was the extremely long driveway.. It is approximately 500 below the main street.. Make sure you don't have a sports car or a car with low ground clearance. ARRIVAL..Susi, the host, greeted us at the entrance.. and we were surprised learn that she does not speak English as is advertised. We were also greeted by 2 dogs and several cats. One dog was older and very quiet, the other was younger and was growling at us constantly. This was very uncomfortable... I should point out that my better half is a Veterinarian but even she was warning me to not get too close to this dog which seemed to roam freely in the house and would constantly growl as us. There were several cats in and outside of the house.. I have allergies to cats and was not happy to see them in the house. Had I known there would be cats, I would not have booked this house. BEDROOM.. similar to a prison, it has 4 walls, a bed, 2 windows with a view of large trees just 10 feet from the window blocking any potential view. The bed was comfortable. The linens and towels are clean. CRICKETS.. yes, crickets. They are everywhere in the house... we saw 10 in bedroom. Keep your luggage closed or you'll find one in there as we did later on. NOISE.. our first night's sleep was cut short by around 3am when we could hear was sounded like an animal scratching or chewing on the outside wall..My guess is this was a rat or some other pest.. It cointinued on and off for 30 minutes. EARLY RISER... our 2nd night, we were awoken to the owners opening closing doors at 5:30am (owner bedroom is 6 from our room), going up and down stairs. OVERPRICED... this was poor value for the money..

All was fantastic, the rooms, the food... Thank you for the hospitality.
