Amazing location. A bit remote but very much worth it. Views on the way we're spectacular. Breakfast very good ham & eggs served on the terrace. Patron extremely interesting such a shame my Italian limited.

Wouldn't book in the winter .... tricky drive way.

We did not book the accommodation until early morning of day of arrival. Sadly we could only arrive after 6 pm. Bathroom, located near the bedroom, was not ensuite but was reserved for our use only.

The welcome, the home made food the tranquility, cleanliness and the views around the countryside. I arrived having not had time to eat earlier so the host provided some simple but delicious home made and locally sourced food.

Nothing negative to write about the property, but my sat nav for sending me on a torturous route to get there. There is a perfectly good road too, so make sure you use the SS12 that passes to the east of Maranello, not the road to the west. I was driving a large car pulling a trailer with a motorcycle. The gradients look very steep to get in and out, but are not as bad as others I have given up with. I managed without wheelspin in the dry but with end of life tyres. Good tyres, no trailer, in the rain would be OK, so don't allow the gradients to put you off, because you are in a part of the country that derives its wonderful vistas because of the hilliness.

Incredible views and very clean and comfortable with very nice hosts. Great for hikers or cyclists

If you are on a road trip and you book hotels on the go, this isn’t a good option, we made that mistake because it’s very hard to reach if you aren’t purposely going to the mountain, but that was our mistake, the place is really nice.

Very friendly host! The house is a typical Italian style home. The room was large and private, the bathroom was super, large and clean. The breakfast was amazing! It was a lovely drive to the property. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend.

location is wonderful, but scary when u travel by car and see those mountain especially if you first meet by night

no heating temperature was not pretty good. it was not warm at all, but my investment in DYSON hairdryer was paid off :) we found one more usage. Also the breakfast wasnt great but good. Three days eggs :) Anyway the homemade brownie was extremely delicious and all food in overall

Very nice place. Finding the route might be tricky but owners provides very comprehensive instructions, just follow them precisely and it will be all good.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and cosy. The owners are super nice and have 2 cute dogs - my son loved them. Suzi cooks great and bakes yummy cakes ( chocolate one was amazing!). The area is quiet and beautiful. We will definitely come back and I recommend it to anybody who seeks peaceful brake from the busy city life.
