"you get what you pay for"

It was very affordable Plenty of crockery and cutlery Notwithstanding what I wrote below, if you're just after a cheap place to sleep and store your bags while you're visiting friends/family, this place is ideal for a few nights

The washing machine and drier didn't work (host messaged us before we arrived but lucky we didn't need to clean clothes when we were there so it didn't matter) The upstairs bathroom smelt putrid. Obviously no one had used it for a while as the water in the shower waste and floor waste smelled like a sewer. I ran water for 30 minutes to clean out the s-bends but they were still full of detritus and black scum but at least not smelly Most of the drawers in the bedroom cupboards in all the bedrooms are all broken Couldn't get the tv to change channels or volume (either with the remote control or the buttons under the tv). Luckily we could watch youtube Couldn't put much in the fridge because the shelf rails are all busted off. Dishwasher didn't work Only three wine glasses and three random drink glasses in the cupboards (4 people staying) Back patio knee high with weeds (why not just pave it and not have to worry about grass/weeds?) It's ok as a base to store your bags and sleep for a quick visit but I wouldn't want to live here for more than a few days

The communication was good

Place was smelly when we got there. Lack of furnitures. Need more furnitures. The current sofa is small old and very withered. Bean bags were very dirty. Not enough glasses. Wifi wasn’t working the whole time. Back yard needs tiding up
