The location was great and in a good neighborhood, close to different restaurants and experiences.

They didn't clean the residence once; the floor in the bedrooms was made of wood and made a lot of noise, not trouble but was uncomfortable in the morning or at night.

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena. No nos quedamos en este departamento pero nos ofrecieron otro cerca de la zona y nos gustó mucho. El departamento estaba limpio y con algunas amenidades como agua de garrafón y jabón de baño corporal y para el cabello así como algunas bebidas en el refri. El lugar fue muy cómodo así como camas.

Tal vez se escuchará el ruido de los carros pero a mi parecer es tolerable, puede que para otras personas no tanto si no están acostumbrados a un poco de ruido.

The reception guard is extremely nice and helpful. Whenever something breaks down, he's always there to help us solve it/fix it. The property is old, but the staff are so nice and supportive. The environment is nice. The location is awesome, right in the center of Condesa, in between two parques and it's great for family with young children. We love the kitchen facilities that we can cook some simple meals for our kids too.

The hotel walls have very poor sound insulation. At late night, our neighbors downstairs invited friends and chatted in the courtyard until 3:00 am for a few days in a row. We could hear every single word. I guess the hotel location is more attractive to young, single, digital nomad expats, and less for family with kids that go to sleep before 22:00.

Location was beyond great. Condesa, the neighborhood in which Laredo is located, is a lush, enchanted place. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Neighborhood restaurants were mostly great. We recommend Lardo (bit of a walk), Felix (close), and Ficelle (close, best-quality French baked goods). Nights were cold so the Vornado space heater you provided worked well. Make sure guests have a space heater.

Host failed to respond to phone or texts after we arrived at airport. So we had no idea if someone was really waiting for us at the door or not. You MUST require your agent to respond to the phone or text. Also, we did not mind walking up stairs with heavy suitcases. But you MUST tell possible renters that this apartment would not be possible for wheelchair of other people with mobility problems.

It’s located in the most ideal location in Condesa, easy to get to everything you need and the property is very cute and maintained well!

Great location

When making a booking all the photos I’ve seen were of the penthouse so I was under the impression that’s what I was booking, however upon arrival we were taken to a ground floor 2 bed apartment - I found that to be misleading and had I known it was a ground floor I would have never booked it. Noice isolation is non existent - first night I laid awake listening to someone in the neighbouring apartment throwing up and then proceeding to have sex for a good while after. It was clean at a first glance, however towels certainly need upgrading - my face towel was almost grey and had make up stains on it. Lastly, would be nice to have some water upon arrival - there was a compostable water filter in the kitchenette, however it was empty.

Mangler lidt møbler. Vi havde booket en lejlighed til 4 personer. Der var kun 2 stole i TV stuen og 3 stole ved køkkenbordet. Vi endte med at bære en lille sofa ind i stuen fra det store soveværelse, så vi kunne sidde alle fire i stuen samtidig
