if you want to hear literally kids yelling at 6 am screaming uncontrollable and as well at 5 or 6 pm this is your place. I reported it and specifically in advance asked for a decent room as we were not sleeping for a whole week due to family issues and we needed the rest. was nit possible and move out. they (the host) responded that she will check but that's it. Mexico City is a loud place but this is not the noise form streets. is from kids living in this building and loving to scream. not even joking with this.

We liked the location, great cafes, restaurants, parks etc. The girl at the reception was super friendly and very helpful. Despite our many pieces of luggage, she helped to carry them upstairs.

Starting with cleanliness.. It all looked ok at first. When the blanket was lifted, there were other people's hairs on the pillow cases, sheets. It looked like someone had already slept in the bed. We called reception and they took care of it asap. NOT family friendly. The windows are old single glass, with no soundproofing. Most people leave their windows open, so you have no privacy. Our neighbors were cooking at 1 am, music, loud conversation etc. Even after we asked them to keep it down because we are with a child who is sleeping, it kept happening until 2:30 AM... We are not very sensitive to noise, but the windows are impossible to close properly. I can't recommend this property to families, but I won't book it again even if it was half price

A bit noisy and cold.

Very comfortable place, superbly located in a great neighborhood in Condesa. Our two-bedroom apartment was spotless, with nice furniture and had all the amenities you would need. It’s also very secure, with a guard/concierge at the entrance to the building. Best of all, and what makes real difference, was the staff. Extremely good and proactive communication, and any small requests at checkin were handled immediately. A big thank you to Carlos for all of that!

Charming apartment located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. Very easy communication with the owner, who was responsive and helpful. Fast WiFi and good facilities. Really comfortable bedding and the apartment felt so cosy and nice. Everything was provided, easy to find and very easy process of check in and out. Loved our stay here.

Location and room is great

No hot water. When I don't have a hot shower, I will not return. Otherwise, I would return here often
