The location is ideal! Walkable to many great places.

While there is a couple of cute communal outdoor areas we wish we had an outdoor/ balcony.

Sadly we had issues with the internet and the hot water.

Such a cute little apartment - very comfortable! Location was perfect.

Bathroom had obvious water damage and mold.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Was here for the entire month of September 2025. The good part: - excellent location in Condesa, close to both parks and a short walk from most activities - friendly staff. Doorman/front desk was staffed most of the day and night (no staff late night - to be expected) - weekly cleanings included with my long term stay - beautiful and comfortable accommodation - pretty reliable WiFi. We had some issues but overall worked well and was able to get our remote work and calls done in the apartment.

The bad part: - it’s noisy as hell. I don’t live in a city, so I’m not used to this. If you do, you may have no issue here. I’m a light sleeper and had trouble getting sleep outside of the hours of 12midnight - 7:30 am. It’s very close to a main road so you’ll hear the constant hustle and bustle. I wouldn’t blame the property for this, but flagging for others who are looking for quieter accommodations. - doing laundry. It says washer and dryer are available during your stay, but the fine print is that you can only use them from 8am-3pm due to water constraints (ok, that’s fine), but the other piece is that the housekeepers are constantly using them to wash the linens. They were accommodating and would dry our clothes and fold or hang them for us, which is very generous, but it was more difficult to do laundry than expected due to the limitations.
