A little noisy from other properties

The property was very clean and comfortable and very spacious.

Freezing ice cold, no hot water or heater at all. Told the host but they didn’t do anything.

Had a bus stop straight outside

Was promised a cot for my new born 5 week old baby months before our stay, wasn't there on arrival after many messages and phone calls finally got through to the host and he said house keeping forgot and one would be delivered in 30-40mins , nearly 2hours later still no cot and host nit answering any messages or calls. I find it disgusting that I was left with a newborn and ignored.

Good location although a busy road Quiet at night. The accommodation was spotless Only stayed 1 night and only had a cup of tea but everything you need for a comfortable stay

Nothing negative

The location was great, about 10 minutes drive from Warner Brothers Studios. There was also a shop, Chinese takeaway, and breakfast bap place within two minutes walk of the apartment. The car parking was secure and the apartment was nice and warm, comfy beds, and spacious rooms. The communication was great with getting the keys etc as well.
