Nightmare! - We lost our first day just trying to get them fix basics: AC not working, drain clogged, no towels, door not locking. We didn't find a number to contact the front desk, Their number on Google told us: "we only do booking not housekeeping!". After 4 hours of struggling now the room smells really bad and is full of flies because the maintenance guys did smell in such summer day and kept door open all this time talking on phone more than working. They left and AC cooled only couple hours then failed and started dripping bad inside the room. They refused to give us a different room. - After this difficult day we all were very tired and went to bed, but imagine what happen? Suddenly late in the night someone showed up at our door knocking loud, they woke up all kids and everyone was really scared. I said from behind the door: who is this? They: housekeeping! Me: "leave please we sleeping" they refused to leave and continued knocking loudly then tried to use their key to get in by force. I decided to call police and this is when they left. Now the door doesn't lock anymore, they did something to it. - while checking in, and despite repeated request, the receptionist refused to tell us where to find our rooms. He said wait for the lobby boy to help you. Well, I understand the tip system and I do tip generously, but if your lobby boy is not available don't force the quests wait for him. We had to walk in the sun looking for our room and asking here and there.

Friendly and welcoming staff with wonderful smile , clean rooms, good hospitality, good dinner really appreciate all they effort to give us a very comfortable stay.

Animation team need to be more active

The Reception Team, especially zekra, for their great attention in ensuring our comfort throughout the entire trip, for their kind assistance whenever we needed anything, and for the warm welcome and hospitality. My thanks also go to Bellman Abdel Karim for his excellent cooperation and outstanding attitude.

- Food in restaurant need to have more variety

Everything is great , the staff is accommodating especially Ms zekra , food is good , aqua is enjoyable , room is clean

housekeeping need more enhancement

The staff was always ready to help and constantly checked if we needed anything, the staff were also very well coordinated, so thumbs up for the hospitality management of the resort, the room was extremely clean, well maintained, and spacious, the air conditioning was top notch and made the stay very comfortable, the view from the balcony was also beautiful, the facilities were in great shape, and the aqua park slides were very entertaining for kids, parking was plenty available and a market was also very close by if we needed any extras, the main restaurant was very good and clean, it was comfortable to sit in and the staff were very friendly and always eager to help, breakfast was very good and had a nice variety to it, dinner was also good although it could benefit from a bigger variety in the buffet

The beach area sand wasnt very friendly to walk on as it wasnt clean enough and could cause injuries if walking bare foot, the beachfront was also very rocky
