Staff was very welcoming and helpful, serviced-chalet was clean and met expectations, same as photos.

Desserts buffet was horrible DJ at the beach was loud and noisy sometimes

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud the manager at the reception for his great hospitality and to Zikra at the front desk for her friendly and helpful service. The property was huge and had a nice variety of entertainment for kids especially (multiple pools, different slides, outdoor cinema, buggy - and horse rides, a large football field etc. Our rooms were beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean. The location was excellent, the beach was beautiful and relaxing and just a few minutes walk from our chalet. Sandy beach, water sports and a long walkway made it so much fun! The food was very delicious with lots of variety.. thank you to the restaurant manager MR Hosam and his team especially Ziad and Yousef were excellent and always ready to assist.

No Wi-Fi ..and hoping they sort it out.
