المكان جميل جدا وهادئ ومناسب للاستجمام وكمان للأطفال وخصوصا فى وجود الأكوابارك وقربها من الغرف والمطعم كان كويس جدا والأكل حلو ونضيف ومخدوم بشكل كويس اوى وأما الstaff فكان قمة فى الاحترام وخصوصا الشيف هانى محمود وأكله الرائع ومدير المطعم مستر اسامة والشاب زياد وحتى خدمة الغرف احمد منتصر وابراهيم حاجة محترمة اوى بصراحة المكان عجبنى جدا وان كان مكنتش مخطط أنى أروحه وظهر قدامى بالصدفة لكان كانت احلى صدفة وباذن الله ناوى اكرر التجربة تانى شكرا ليكم جميعا

The staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of activities to do, water activities, horse riding, bike rental. The vibe is very cozy. A lot of facilities, supermarket, beach restaurants, pharmacy. It is very suitable for a family vacation, also it isn’t very far from Cairo.

The food could be better at the restaurant.

All was great. Mr Mahmoud from the reception upgraded our room. The food court team was awesome and helpful with a sweet smile 😃 😊

The open buffet is poorly organized. The food and variety are not good.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help , and you can see them welcoming and smiling ...The easy check in and check out process ....I would like to thank all staff for amazing experience and special thanks for Miss Zakra for exceptional care and focus on all details ...thanks Mr.Islam from reception and Thanks Ahmed and all restaurant staff for exceptional experience and last but not least Ahmed Atta from room services

The place is very nice and very clean, and all the staff are polite, well-mannered, and very cooperative. I was very happy to get to know them.

بداية من الاستقبال . حيث كان الترحيب والابتسامة في محيى جميع الطاقم حيث استقبلونا انا وعائلتي بالشراب البارد المنعش خاصة بعد رحلة في يوم حار ...ثم كان مكان الاقامة ممتاز ومريح جدا وكان قريب من الفندق والاكوابارك والمسبح بالاضافة الي الشاطئ النظيف الذي كان رملي وجزء صخري وكان هناك مارينا داخل البحر مع وجود نشاطات بحرية اخرى ... كان مكان عائلي بامتياز ...اتقدم بالشكر لجميع طاقم الفندق علي تقديم خدمات متنوعه وتوفير المساعدة والاتصال بي لمعرفة ما إذا كنت في حاجة إلى مساعدة وأخص بالذكر الانسة ذكرى وزياد ومسؤول التموين والمشروبات بالفندق ..قضينا وقت ممتع في مكان الاقامة ولدينا الرغبة في العودة مرة أخرى بإذن الله..
