Downtown 1BR Tampa Cottage for 4 Has Power

Loved that there was a washer and dryer. Loved the outside area was very cute and cozy.

Didn't like that when I got up making coffee was difficult, machine was leaky and wouldn't perform.

We were most impressed with the host’s communication and openness to feedback on improving the property. The place looks exactly as shown in the pictures - a nicely renovated studio comfortable for 2 people. The studio was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed. It was equipped with basic kitchen facilities - pots, pans, glasses, coffee machine, portable stove, cutlery etc, microwave, washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, iron, large TV, plenty of towels, little touches like make up wipes and disposable toothbrush and toothpaste were appreciated. A great stay and we would happily stay again!

We couldn’t find the laundry detergent. The property is in a quiet residential area, which we knew beforehand.

Not very clean and hygienic place. The place was cleaned to a bare minimum. It had a lot of dust, the body wash was completely empty, which is very inconvenient once you get yourself wet inside the shower. The house is slanted, with low doors end crooked floors, you start getting dizzy. The biggest disappointment is that I found one huge, alive palmetto cockroach and one smaller one with long antennae which showed me that the place is absolutely not cleaned and disinfected. Also it is located in a shady neighborhood.

The cottage was absolutely spotless, fresh linens and towels. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. You can see that the cleaning staff pays close attention to detail. Very comfortable!!! Thank you
