The interior decor, the details, the super sweet and always helpful staff, the location

I couldn’t really have breakfast there as the options are limited for people with intolerances and most of the staff doesn’t really understand about them (though it would be the same in many other places in Chiang Mai)

bed was really comfortable, good shower pressure, great location for walking on town.

The.location was great, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and meals we had there were very good. The rooms were clean, bright and well appointed. The air con worked well.

The only issue was the light over the sink was quite dull so with no shaving mirror made shaving/make up difficult. Easily resolved by placing a mirror in the bedroom and putting brighter bulbs in the existing lights. This was the only issue, great otherwise

Staff is really friendly !!!!!

The location is perfect in the old city. Walking distance to plenty of shopping, temples, restaurants and bars. There’s a 7eleven right next to the hotel. Its in-house restaurant (Poppy’s) is also nice and ideally located. Quiet evenings and mornings. Very well insulated windows, comfortable bed and ideal amenities. The staff were the best!
