"Best hotel in Chiang mai"

Everyone. Everything. The staff are the kindest most warm people in the world. My room was so neat and tidy after house keeping came everyday. Like they took spectacular care of everything. The reception staff were always so friendly and helpful. The bathroom is so nice and clean. Honestly leaving that place was so hard. Ooh and the location is so convenient. Temples so close by and 7/11 one minute away.

I think the room was a bit dark kind of, not dark but not well lit. But I'm finding that in most places in Thailand. And I wish they had another mirror so you can go closer to do any kind of makeup

Bed was incredibly comfy, rooms were cleaned regularly and amenities resupplied. Location was excellent

Air conditioning unit was a bit tricky to work and took a while for room to cool down
