Le Sutra Hotel, Khar, Mumbai

Everything. Hotel had a real charm, room was incredible and clean ( we stayed in Taal room). For breakfast you have enough variety from where to choose. Stuff very friendly and profesional.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were amazing. I had falled sick and they got the medicine for me. The location of the hotel is fantastic - close to all the restuarants and bars

Generally as expected

We arrived very early after an overnight flight, we advised this beforehand and if we could do an early check-in, it wasn’t possible to do an early check-in, which was understandable, however the room wasn’t ready at check-in time either and we had to wait at least another 30 min longer. When we got the room eventually it wasn’t the room we booked, it wasn’t the fancy room pictured for the type of room we chose. It wasn’t too bad though and we were tired so we let it be. The other annoying thing was that staff called our room to ask if we called for room service, we didn’t and we were asleep. The next morning, staff came to our room early morning to ask for laundry, we didn’t request anything, it was just a bit too bothering.

Приємний персонал, смачні сніданки, зручне розташування. Особлива подяка що дозволили залишитись у номері трохи довше (я мала вечірній літак і було би не зручно з речами і без можливості освіжитися)

I’ve now stayed here four times now and it’s like comfort food now. Beyond being conveniently located close to my family home, it is clean, well-serviced and well located to other interesting spots in Bandra. They take good care of you here
