Le Sutra Hotel, Khar, Mumbai

Clean, modern rooms and very helpful staff. Restaurant did not have everything available on the menu.

A wonderful experience, the hotel was spotless and tastefully decorated with many arty pieces on display, staff were friendly, polite attentive and very helpful when asked for help in getting taxis or information about the nearby area. The breakfast was always fresh with a good selection of cold or hot dishes. It was a delight to sample the local dishes . The restaurant served food all day for lunches, snacks or evening meals.

The only issue we had was on our first night, we were unable to sleep due to a nearby restaurant/bar playing booming music until 2am, it only happened on a Thursday evening. The hotel staff dealt with our issue immediately by moving us to a further away room which was a lot better.

The whole street was under construction and it caused a horrible smell outside the hotel and also in our room. There was still some work being in late hours of the night which we could hear clearly from the room through the air vents. There were no windows in the room which made it very dark. The room floor was very dirty with dust, looked like no one had cleaned it in a while.

Thank you for hosting us at your hotel. We appreciated the attention and help accorded to us by all the staff, from the reception to the house keeping. The restaurant is very nice, with great food! The rooms are very clean and well maintainted.

The location is near a fish market! We are not used to the stench we encountered when we arrived at the hotel. We overcame that, but it hits you hard if you are not used to it.

Easy to get to airport and on a quiet street as we stayed Sunday/ Monday. Olive bar and Torii restaurants are both next door and serve good food.

Went for Satva room as says extra large bed, it was 150cm wide so maybe say it’s large.

The service and employees were exceptional. What stood out the most was one employee that helped me walk across the street to protect me. Followed us to make sure we were ok. Thank you. The clerk at the front, Vish was also fantastic to help with knowing where to go and schedule taxi

The smell outside but it wasn't the hotel's fault, there was a burst in a sewer pipe

Hidden gem in Bandra west. I was a guest during a two day city trip to Mumbai. The stuff is very welcoming despite my late arrival. The room was as described, clean and well maintained. The quirky design is a nice break to the usual hotel rooms. The food in the attached restaurant was great, European with an Indian touch. Highly recommend. Thanks you to the team for the stay.

All staff was lovely, assisted us with everything in a very patient and kind manner. We had an issue with our initial room which was taken care of with great efficiency. You also have a spa there that will give you truly excellent massage!

Due to the layout of the building some of the rooms might not satisfy all. We were not convinced by our initial room. When we talked to staff though, they promptly accommodated for us to be moved as soon as possible which was appreciated.
