"Comfortable enough, bit noisy from room above."

Location was good, we were familiar with the area. Shops and takeaways good. Accommodation warm.

Very dark walking to the car park. Entry gates broke ken, external door either left open or unlocked. Poor WiFi and tv reception. Couldn’t use our fire stick. Bathroom sink plug got stuck so couldn’t empty or use the sink. Needed a sponge or cloth to wash pots with and tea towel to dry them with, we had to use a bathroom towel. Should have been a fire blanket and small extinguisher near the cooke in case of fire. External bins all full, intruder alarm beeping continuously.
