W30 - Wesselényi Charming Apartment - Best Location by BQA

We arrived late at night, the owner didn’t gave us instructions to check in the apartment, even though we had filled the check in on the site. We tried many times to contact him (we text/call) but nothing. We were in front of the building in the middle of the night waiting, tired from the trip (we travelled all day to get there). We contact Booking customer service, they assist us - but the agony lasted 1-2 hours. First they helped us to find our apartment and gave us instructions to find the key, but THE KEY WASN’T THERE. They are also shocked, so we waited for them to find a solution for us. After 1 hour they sent us another location on which we should search for the key. It was the worst experience ever. The owner has not checked on us, does not apologised - NOTHING.

Nice location, beautiful apparent

The apartment was spotless. Everything looks new and clean and very comfortable. There is everything that you need. Close to get everywhere you need. Lots of food options. Perfect communication with the host. Easy to find and to get in.

To my preference I like to have darkness in the night for sleep. I know the apartment is on the street and therefore there are street lights, but a proper curtain or roller blind would solve that problem. Or at least to give people options. Pillows are huge, great for sitting up with coffee in bed, but not for sleeping on. If people like quiet places in the night, Fridays, Saturdays are not ideal. But when you book a place on the street, you shouldn't be surprised.

The room received was not what I saw on booking. This room is not presented in general pictures from W30 accommodation. I booked a room with a big window but instead I received a room with just a tiny window above some door from inner courtyard of the building not from the street like it is showed in pictures.

The property is very central and it was easy to collect the keys. The host is excellent, they were easy to reach and helped sort out every detail. The property was newly renovated and very clean. Nice and clean bathroom. Good sized and comfortable bed. Even though we visited in mid-February, the heating was excellent while it was freezing outside. Overall, it was a very nice visit for us thanks to our wonderful host!

Everything was perfect

The location was great, the cleanliness, the decor and the hospitality were impressive. It's the best choice. 😊😊 Everything is SUPER here !! 🇭🇺🇦🇱

Location is excellent right in the heart of district VII , near grocery, food, ruin bars. Room clean and bright, balcony and comfy bed

Could use a broom, dish towel, easier access to building… lick box can be fiddly
