The place is so beautiful. The space is very clean and all amenities felt well thought out. Great value for money! The staff is always ready to assist you with any of your queries. 10/10 stay in my books!!

The code situation to enter the main building was such a chore especially when coming back after a night out😂

Location.

They want an extra 10 euros for room cleaning and there are no optional cleaning supplies in the room. The number of days you stay does not affect the cleaning. The location is quite touristic, but living in an unclean room with shoes on for 5 days is a pretty awful experience.

The place had such a welcoming feel. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So glad we found this spot!

Elevator not working. Difficult for people with bad knees. I would recommend to add more pillows and higher quality. We had 1 toilet paper for 5 nights, but that was ok as we bought pack anyway. Entry doors are very easy to hear through. You would hear loudly visitors from other apartments specially loud steps when walking around. Carpets in the hallway or solid doors would improve comfort :-)

Location is ok and the room is nicely decorated.

You need to use the locker to access every time and in the night is very difficult as hard to see. Kitchen is just a microwave and no water provided. They literally only give 2 towels for all 4 nights, and you have to pay to storage suitcases. No space to keep your clothes.

The apartment was in a good area and very close to the city center. The room itself was very clean.

The room is located in a building that feels abandoned. It was extremely dirty with trash everywhere and even feces inside of the entrance. The entry way makes you feel unsafe. We had booked the room for 3 people and when we finally got to check in around 15.30 (check in time is 15.00) we saw that the third bed was not made and we had to call the reception and ask them to come and fix the third bed. This took them around 3 hours to fix which is absolutely insane. We also didn’t get enough towels for three people. Since there’s no daily cleaning we had to ask for more towels, which was provided the next day. There seemed to also have been an issue when we were going to check in because we hadn’t gotten our check in info (with entry way codes etc) and we had to go to the reception which is ten minutes away from the apartment. There seemed to be an issue with the booking since we got our info 30-40 minutes late. We also met other guests in the building who had checked in a couple of hours after us and their room was a mess and had not been cleaned at all, and they had issues with the hot water. I’ve stayed with many AirBNBs but this accommodation has several issues so I couldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Pro: good location, nice enough apartment and bed Con: (1) the check-in process is overly difficult and you may find yourself ‘checked-in’ yet standing outside and unsure or unable to get in, or have to stream a video to get more info. (2) Asked for more towels and toilet paper but never received it. (3) the building is decrepit and has trash everywhere so doesnt feel particularly nice or safe; (4) one night another room was blasting music at 2:30am and there was little the ‘reception’ could do because its not a hotel…
