It was clean and the hotel was responsive to what I needed. Daily housekeeping was nice.

I rarely complain, but this was rough. 30 minutes before I arrived they let me know that that had to put me in a different hotel location. The room was nice, but was not what I booked and was in the center of a construction zone and was SO noisy. They kindly moved me to another hotel that was not as nice as the previous one, but was ALSO in a construction zone. If you want to wake up at 8 am with the roof being rebuilt above you then you're good. I did not get what I booked and I was very disappointed.

Niemand was bereik om mij te helpen. Ik kreeg het kluisje van de deur niet open. Uiteindelijk na veel proberen is het open geraakt. De airco was meerdere keren defect tijdens een hittegolf. Het terras was onbruikbaar, vogels deden er hun behoefte.

Very good location, modern and lot of natural light

The main entrance and building were really dirty, trash was left at the bottom of the main staircase/in front of the lift which was disgusting. Only 3 towels left in the property, one per guest, we requested more but were delivered only after insisting and the day before check out.
