The apartment was lovely, newly renovated, spacious and very clean and very warm, in a perfect location with many bars and restaurants and supermarkets. You can find everything you need in that area. The staff is very supportive.

The box code is a bit annoying, every time it takes time to enter the code in order to get the proxy to open the doors. I would say it was the only negative thing. In addition, once the proxy didn’t open the main entrance and I had to call the support who came immediately and helped to replace the code, but it wasn’t nice to be stuck outside…

חייב לשבח את היחס החם שקבלתי מהצוות בבודפש ע'י מסרונים ותגובות מהירה ואפילו קבלת בקשה חריגה , את מאי שהייתה במקביל בעברית ודאגה ונתנה יחס מעולה ומקצועי , על האדיבות והנדיבות . ממליץ בחום מיקום מאד מרכזי ונוח , באזור הרובע היהודי מרחק הליכה מהרבה אטרקציות , ומקומות בילוי ואוכל. החדר נקי מאד ונעים עם מקרר, טלויזה , אינטרנט ומייבש שיער , מיטה מאד נוחה . מתאים לזוג . שוב תודה ומקווה להתארח אצלכם שוב

Удобная мягкая кровать, расположение в центре.

Была заявлена стиральная машина и окна в пол, которых по факту не было. Окно во двор 10 см и второе окно в ванной на трубы, не походят на те, которые были в объявлении об объекте размещении. Заселяться ночью было проблемно, если бы не соседи Итальянцы с этого дома, возможно бы могла и не попасть в апартаменты.

CHAMBRE SANS FENÊTRE NON CONFORME AUX PHOTOS !!! Alors que j’avais bien réservé une chambre avec grande fenêtre et c’était précisé dans le descriptif. Après avoir contacté W30 le soir même ils n’ont absolument rien fait. Ils savent très bien que cette chambre numéro 1 est atroce. PAS SÉCURISÉ : il n’y a pas de verrou à l’intérieur de la chambre pour s’enfermer ce n’est vraiment pas normal ! Je ne me sentais pas en sécurité. Vous n’avez pas de badge pour accéder à la résidence (uniquement une carte pour votre chambre) il faut donc ouvrir les boites des 2 portes d’entrées à chaque fois pour récupérer le badge et le remettre dans la boîte. La lumière de la cour et du couloir éclaire toute la chambre la nuit. Petites bêtes dans le lit et dans la salle de bain, le ménage et la propreté des draps est à revoir. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

Ami nem tetszett a kommunikáció, senkit nem lehetett elerni,mikor megerkeztunk a szallasra ,es elfelejtettek codot kuldeni a kozêpső kapurol.Irtunk ,hivtuk őket,mert kozben egy lengyel paros is megêrkezett,ugyan ezzel a problemaval,szoval ők csak elkudtek vagy 20× ugyan azt a videot mint a legelejèn.irtam nekik nem is valaszoltak ,masnap delutan probalkoztam megint akkor kuldtek el nagy nehezen..Hogy lehet amugy ilyet csinalni?? Hogy hagyam el a szallast amikor nem tudok vissza menni.Aznap este annyi szerencsenk volt hogy jott le valaki,de ha valaki mondjuk hanalban erkezik az akkor nem tud bemenni?? Mert senkit nem lehet elèrni,mert önok hibasan kuldtek el a videot? A masik szoltam hetfon a tv miatt is hogy nem műkodik ,arra azt ìrtak vissza hogy hamarosan kuldenek valakit,hat nem kuldtek ma meg mar elhagytam a szallast.Az agy egy katasztrofa!! Olyan melyedes van benne hogy az ember bele gőrnyed,a szerencsem csak az volt hogy egyedul erkeztem,mert ha ketten vagyunk a masik ember biztos derek problemakkal kell fel.A masik megkerdeztem azt hogy lehetne kesobb a check out,a fura az volt az egeszben hogy arra az uzenetre azonnal valaszoltak,de a kòddal japcsolatban meg semmi.Nagyon sok helyen szalltam mar meg de eddig ez volt a legrosszabb szallas ahol voltam.Zero kommunikáció, ha baj van elkuldik a meglevo videot.Az biztos hogy tobbet ide nem jovok es nem is fogom ajanlani senkinek sem. KÖSZÖNÖM

Modern furniture

The given information doesn’t correspond with reality. We thought we are booking an apartment with a balcony but we were accommodated in a small room. There was not towel for face only a big one. There is no tea or coffee cups. The biggest problem was that the instructions for checking in were not complete and we have not received the code to open one security door before the reach the apartment. The communication with the host is with a robot which was very annoying, because it could not understand the problem and was asking stupid questions. Because of that we could not go our to explore the location and stay all evening inside. There is no parking place, we had to park on the street. We asked for invoice but still we have not gotten it. We don’t recommend that property.
