"BQA are a risky choice - can disappear without any notification"

Location, Design

Reception literally disappeared in the middle of our stay without any notification. Terrible smell from the shower. Trash cans at the entrance of the building

"I guess the staff can works better for the cleaning inside the studio, also improving the bedsheets"

The room was big and modern, the locations wa sheets but the bulging is so dirty and old and looks really bad, out pf maintenance

The room was not clean enough for to feel comfortable, the bed sheets were individual and small, even it was a double bed. The location is great but the building of the studio is horrific, like horror movie so dirty, out of maintenance,

DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!! I LAID NUMEROUS CHAMPLAINTS AND GOT ZERO ASSISTANCE! I FELT HELPLESS STAYING THERE!! CURTAINS DID NOT FIT WINDOW. LIGHT COMING IN DIRECTLY OPPOSITE BED MEANT I COULDN'T SLEEP AT ALL. SEE PHOTO. NO HELP FROM ANYONE. NO CHANGE OF ROOM DESPITE REQUESTS!! I COULD NOT ENTER THE PROPERTY!! NO DETAILS OR CODE FOR SECOND GATE IN HALLWAY WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS!! THE OFFICE COULD NOT ASSIST. A NEIGHBOR HAD TO LET ME IN. PLUG IN THE BATHROOM SINK DIDN'T WORK. SHOWER DOOR OFF THE RAIL. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND FOR A DREADFUL STAY. THIS WAS NOT WHAT WAS PROMISED AND NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! THE LIFT IN BUILDING DID NOT WORK!! BUILDING STAIRWAY STANK BADLY WITH TRASH IN THE ENTRANCE AND IN THE STREET! IT WAS A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. LOUD PARTIES DURING THE NIGHT! HAVING SINCE CHECKED OUT I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL FROM MANAGEMENT DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS!! COMPLETELY IGNORED!!

Locația foarte animată și potrivită unui weekend

Pe lângă codurile primite de gazdă (pentru a deschide mini cutia poștală și apoi usa) mai există o ușa extra care nu este în niciun video și de la care nu am primit cheie de access sau cod. Am stat în fața ușii să răspundă cineva de la suport clienți destul de mult, cu bagajele în fața ușii. Nu exista niciun dulap
