Il Mare di Giò

Appartamento con vista mare, luminoso, arieggiato, molto pulito, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cortesia mettendosi a nostra disposizione, posto auto molto comodo, ritorneremo sicuramente.

The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped (kitchen appliances, sun umbrella, washing machine, coffee) with a big terrace near the seaside and near a couple of beaches. The host is gentle and helpful. There is a designated parking spot in the parking lot with a ramp. The apartment is not in the heart of Monopoli but near enough and we could walk without any problem with two kids under 3 :)

Very central and clean

Not well equipped. No basics like instant coffee, tea, toaster, microwave, sugar. Bed and pillow was very uncomfortable.

The host was excellent but we had a problem with a water pump going on and off during the night which kept us awake most of the six nights we were there but maybe it was the main building it was in and not necessarily the apartment itself, in any case it needs to be sorted. The things that were lacking were mostly in the kitchen:- No chopping board Not enough decent knives Not enough kitchen workspace Washing machine not working well Only Italian TV ( didn't bother us) Positives were:- Parking Close to Old Town Host great Close to restaurants, pizzeria etc and supermarkets.

Great location, view, possibility to use elevator, clean, possibility of parking. Close to sea.

Appt is a little bit cold in winter months.

Lovely sea view, apartment pleasantly uncluttered, good location away from the hubbub of the Old Town but close enough to walk there. Nice local cafes.
