Location - easy walk to the center, designated parking space in front of the building, nice flat and terrace

Unpleasant smell in the bathroom, poorly equipped kitchen.

Very good location, walking distance to Monopoli center, good restaurants just around the corner. A small city beach 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Opportunity to park your car within closed gates. The apartment is large and comfortable with a large balcony (our balcony had a view over the street and the football arena). The host was very helpful and made the stay very easy for us.

This is a nice, comfortable apartment. The host and her family were friendly and helpful, and check in was easy. The sea view from the windows and balcony was nice. A little under equipped - only small towels provided.

It is a little further from the busy historical area than we would have liked. Only a 15 minute walk, but not a very nice walk along a busy road and we would definitely choose somewhere closer to the centre in future. It is also a very very noisy apartment as it is on the corner of two busy roads and the traffic is significant from early in the morning until late at night. Fold-out sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The place is just outside the center storico. I knew this as you can't really be in the centre and have a car with a parking space. It's a 13-15 minute walk into the center. The apartment was great. Had everything we needed, was large enough, had a nice patio, if you look around you can see the sea. It's in a typical Italian neighbourhood. Has a great cafe right in the building, supermarket 5 minute walk, great pasteries around the corner, the parking is inside the building and has a gate that lifts with a button so well controlled and perfect and easy parking right to your door. It's the best apartment if you want to be in the center and also use the car whenever you want to get out and visit other towns. The apartment was spotless and the owners were very helpful to us. My kids loved it. Internet works perfectly, the AC is in the bedroom so it has to make it's way into the living room, which it does but does mean you have to leave it runnning a bit to get there. The place is not flash but good furniture and well presented. Space to put stuff in draws. I would like to return

Maybe AC in the main kitchen living room but the AC worked and did cover the area after a period of time.

The location is perfect for visiting the old center as well as for going to the beach without needing a drive. Very well located for visiting other tourist attractions in the vicinity of monopoli. Check in uncomplicated, apartment very clean.

The bed is pretty uncomfortable (hard mattress and pillow).

The apartment was spacious. The kitchen facilities were great. The host's father gave us a ride twice.That was great and he was very nice The host answered questions when we needed advice..The location was near the sea and walking distance to the old town . Everything was really good.

Nothing was bad. We just needed more bedding and the host provided that. It was not a major thing.

Location location location! Loved everything about this place. At the coast and a short walk from the busy old town. The space was lovely. Great for traveling with your pet dog too. Near a great walk - highly recommend

It can be a little noisy with plumbing from the neighboring apartments but overall it was perfect

Parking available, host was nice with us, large apartment, great view with the sea.

The neighbours above were making a lot of noise even early in the morning and late in the evening.

Brilliant location, great views. close to neighbourhood needs (great pizzeria, Cafe, seafood). Easy walk to main piazza. Spacious. Everything you need. Good parking, easy access to apartment. Giorgia & parents fantastic hosts. Cannot fault.
