it’s spacious

Never again this place. You need to enter through a restaurant kitchen area. There is greasy food smell starting from 6:30AM. Loud noise outside. We had NO WATER one whole night. No one responded to concerns at all for a whole week. Dust everywhere in the room, stains on the sofa and holes in the bedsheets. The elevator was stuck or under maintenance when we arrived. Location isn’t far from anything but definitely not in a cute area itself.

Prime location and great host! Easy to walk everywhere and accessible to restaurants, cafes, the park, etc. Host was great and met us in the morning. He also allowed us to store our luggage in another property since we landed at 6am and left after our checkout at 11am.

SO LOUD - the noise from the cafe downstairs and the club next door can be hear from 11pm to 1:30am and then it's noisy/loud again from 4:30am to the rest of the morning - the lowest water pressure I've ever felt... I could not get a good hair wash in

The unit is phenomenal—very spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for a short or extended stay. Would've been perfect if not for the sleepless nights due to noise.

This place had the potential to earn 10 stars, but the noise level was a significant issue. I couldn't sleep at all during my stay. It's located next to a nightclub or bar that plays loud music until 3 AM, and the bakery below starts playing music for the workers at 4:30 AM. This isn't the type of noise you'd expect in a city but much much worse. The elevator situation is also a bit challenging. The host should re-clarify to guests that if they don't lock the elevator, it will beep continuously. Unfortunately, this beeping disturbed my sleep on the second night. Additionally, entry is through a restaurant, and the owners or workers don't seem pleased about people walking through. Moreover, on the first night, the elevator shaft was left open, which could have been a serious safety hazard. I contacted the host about the noise the first night and never heard back.

Location, clean water filter

There is a restaurant downstairs with seating upstairs. The apartment is right on between. Very noisy from very early until very very late. Also, the elevator passes inside the apartment and whenever the restaurant workers leave the elevator door open too long (they do it all the time as they go up and down all the time), it beeps horribly. This happens ALL THE TIME from very early until very late at night. If you like having a good night sleep or just relax in the apartment - stay away of this place. Additionally, the water stream in the shower was almost invisible. The owner wouldn't move me to a different location they own, and wasn't willing to refund. they just moved me up one floor - you can here a bit less the music from the restaurant, the shower was a little better, but the elevator noise was still a huge problem.

No air con and lots of noise from the communal lift that the restaurant shares with the apartment

Very nice location, perfect if you apply for US visa. All the necessities are in the apartment.

Very clean and well put together and very modern. Well located in a convenient location. Communication with the host was easy

The tv didn’t work and we asked for help. It didn’t seem like the host was willing or caring to help and told us it was a Netflix problem although Netflix worked on my own devices. The tv was not connected to any channels or any other streaming services available. For this price and standard I would expect a higher quality tv that allows you to stream directly from devices and is connected to other channels not limiting you solely to Netflix Communication about things like the safe and the tv issue were not provided in the room.
