In general, the place is very welcoming, it is very well located, the cleanliness of the place is excellent, the facilities within the apartment are of good quality and in good condition

I think that the TV should receive an update, since the applications (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) get stuck or don't work

the facility manager was super nice, we had to wait for the keys and he gave us a free coffee / chocolate for the time waiting. location is near to all the best parts of the city (condesa, roma norte). flat looks like the pictures.

This location is ideal for us, as we often have work nearby. The space itself was excellent. We have stayed with Mr. W in the past and were excited to see more availability. Comfortable bed, good WiFi, nice natural light, and tasteful furnishings. Great for a short or long stay.

The host communicating with you on booking is not the person in charge of meeting you. Once we got their contact, check in and out was very smooth.

Shower pressure was poor. Bathroom sink drained needs to be plunged as it drained slowly.

Nothing. We didn't get to stay in the place because it was not secured.

I arrived at the place to find out it is not secured. The flat is accessible directly by a lift and the lift key to the floor is broken. Basically anyone can access the flat. When I asked why I wasn't informed about this, the flat handler said they (him and the owner) had arranged for a technician to come and fix it but they didn't show up. It was I who noticed the broken lock, the handler was not going to say anything if I didn't ask, which I find extremely inappropriate and deceiving. We were promised it will be safe but we said we couldn't stay in a place that is not secured nor leave our things there. We asked for alternative options and they said none were available. When we reached out to booking customer service, the owners said he would come meet us in 5 minutes but never showed up. He lied also saying they have a solution which they failed to mention when we were there and left us stranded for two hours. They were more concerned about being marked by booking.com more than ensuring their listing is safe and secure. The owner still has not refunded us the amount for the booking.

Location, Location, Location...that is the best of this cool and fresh studio, close to everything but in a quiet street and with a cosy restaurant at the entrance so very convenient!

The lift stop working to my floor few times so, I used the stairs, no big deal. But some times I felt the whole building was vibrating, not sure if this was due a construction next door or mini-tremors/settlements, be aware.
