Everything was excellent. Edgar was always available to answer my questions or requests. The loft was very equipped and spacious. My stay was 10/10

It could be a little more cleaner

The place was great; it didn’t have an air conditioner but I didn’t need one

Nothing happened; but I wasn’t sure if I was in a safe area at night or not. One day someone was just staring across the street on the roof, and the I think now closed bar next door had terrible reviews that had me questioning the area…but again, ultimately nothing happened and I was safe.

The design is wonderful and the apartment has most everything you'd need. The location is nice and some great restaurants nearby. Good kitchen and bathroom. Felt safe.

* NO AIR-CONDITIONING * even after notifying the company, it still claims they do in the ad. Just FYI. This apartment is owned by Mr W a massive rental agency and apparently the booking website is too hard for them haha. How amazing right? They couldn't figure out how to remove this feature. Too funny. I only say all this because it really is a feature I personally look for, especially since the street and restaurants can be so noisy. In the restaurant that is three floors below, this is not a penthouse as they imply with the PH by the way, the restaurant below closes at 11:00. Also this apartment has a direct access elevator which is rather noisy and seems to be very active. Overall the noise in the room was pretty great at night which was a little frustrating. Which is also why I like to look for air conditioning to help minimize noise levels and not open Windows etc.
