Clean everywhere and good toilet facilities. Everything new.

Perhaps add some makeup table and mirrors in the bedrooms.

I booked a second time in this great accomodation due to the change in my destination, and I found out that I forgot some money there that I was not even aware of… As I wrote in my previous comment too and please take time to check it, with the perfect location, at 3to 7 minutes of walking distance to every kind of tourist attraction in Luxor, clean rooms with AC and a cheap price, and plus a sincere kindness and ultimate help in every matter, do not hesitate to book this place. The manager, Omar and the guys Mohaz and Mohammed are ready to help with everything in seconds, and Mrs Adele’s falafel is compareless with the rest of the high class restaurants. And, do not miss to taste the delicious onion soup of the Oasis Palace, the restaurant downstairs.

I wish they could have rooms with bathrooms inside, but yet this is no obstacle to your privacy. The rooms have beautiful balconies, umbrellas for the balconies would be perfect as well. Never to complaint, just wishes 😊.

This lovely hotel is located in the best part of the city for touristic visits; with a room and balconies facing the Sphinx road connecting Luxor and Karnak Temples, it’s 3 minutes walking distance to the Nile River, Luxor Museum, as well as to the Luxor Temple. Taxis and horse carriages are always available at the end of the street, as well as the ferry and sailboat ports that are all 3 to 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And you can walk to Karnak Museum in 25 minutes. The place is very clean, lovely and cozy with a simple and nice decoration. The breakfasts that Mrs. Adel prepares are amazing, and makes you more than full for the day long, with his little boy Muhammed they make your day sunny with a full smile. Mohaz is helpful with everything you need, and off course, Mr. Omar, the manager of the place is a beautiful kind person with the best English that you may find around and he is eager to arrange your travel needs in minutes. As if it’s all is not enough, there is also a beautiful restaurant downstairs 😊. What else you can expect from a small hotel in Luxor?
