Very nice hotel in a very convenient area at Luxor close to Luxor temple and Nile river. Big, clean rooms. There is a great common big balcony to enjoy your coffee, tea viewing at shinx avenie. Diina, Mohamed and Sahar helped us with everything we needed, prepared breakfast for us when we had to leave early and helped transfer our luggage.

"Friendly staffs made up for bad soundproof"

7.0

Central location within walking distance to Luxor Museum and just 5 minutes drive to Luxor Temple. The hosts are very friendly and were kind enough to borrow us phone chargers. Lovely balcony to enjoy complimentary breakfast.

Very noisy, you can hear the cars, horses and honking from the street. Not recommended for light sleepers. It’s a hostel with no private bathroom so please take note.

The apartment was perfect for us, great position with windows and balcony on the Sphinx Avenue, really close to the temple of Luxor and the Luxor Museum. The Egyptian breakfast was excellent, and the staff was really welcoming! Samira, Dina and Sahal took good care of us and the dinners Samira cooked for us were delicious!

We had problems with the wifi for a couple of days, but it depended on the line, it was not their fault. Apart from that, everything was great.

Good location fairly close to the Luxor temple. Nice view from the balcony and the lounge itself also quite cozy. Restaurant downstairs - Oasis Cafe - is good and fairly priced.

Very noisy room, essentially impossible to sleep. No duvet cover or blanket provided, the mattresses are very soft which makes for a tough combination if you have light sleep. Guests are also not allowed to visit, would be good have this specified in the house rules. I booked a twin room just for myself, had a friend come over at 3pm to wait a couple hours for her flight - not to stay overnight - and immediately got a call from the owner saying that me having a guest in my room would implicate in him losing his clients? Told me to go somewhere to do my “business” which I didn’t quite understand. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in many types of hotels and hostels and never experienced this. The staff is there constantly watching you like some sort of police. Really bad vibes from the owner. Breakfast it’s laughable, literally one egg yolk, half a tomato and some old cucumber with some old maionese and some other stuff I could not identify. The manager on site seemed keen to see me go as she would not stop asking what time I was leaving despite being 7:30 am and checkout at 11am. If you are after somewhere cheap to crash for a night this will suffice. For anything more than that you will be disappointed.
