Die Wohnung beeindruckt durch ihre Größe und die zentrale Lage an der Sphinxallee. Das schöne Gebäude vermittelt einen guten Eindruck von dem Baustil während der Kolonialzeit. Der tolle Balkon ermöglicht es entspannt über das geschäftige Treiben der Straße zu schauen.  Wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche an den Komfort und die Privatsphäre stellt, kann man in der Wohnung mit vielen Menschen gut wohnen.

Man darf nicht geräuschempfindlich sein! Die beiden angrenzenden Straßen sind stark befahren. Wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt, allerdings nachts Ohrstöpsel getragen.  In der nächsten Zeit wird wohl auch eine Renovierung fällig. Der Teppichboden und die Küche haben die besten Jahre längst hinter sich.

Beautiful location, apartment and stay. I would stay for one night again. I traveled with my sister, we both are born in Europe. The hosts are fantastic. Video cameras are in the apartment in the area of the entrance room, living room, kitchen and terrace. We rented the entire apartment and did not have this information. You are being recorded. I was okay for me for one night. I informed my sister not to go nude or in short clothing in the middle of the night to the bathroom as she will be recorded.

El lugar esta muy cerca a museo templos y al rio nilo, lo mejor la hospitalidad de los anfitriones, siempre pendiente de alguna necesidad, la comida estupenda, volvería sin duda.

Esta cerca una avenida principal, hay ruido..

Facilité à obtenir la clé de la location. Logement avec beaucoup d’espace. La climatisation dans les chambres. Les sanitaires très grand.

Nous avons eu uniquement 2 draps pour 5 personnes. Nous avons eu uniquement 2 chaises pour 5 personnes. Il y avait une seule petite table insuffisante pour cinq personnes et aucun autre support ni table de nuit. Il y avais toutefois une armoire et un croche manteau dans chaque chambre, rien d’autre. Les fenêtres sont anciennes et ne ferment pas laissant pénétrer le bruit de la circulation très importante toute la nuit. Cela rend le sommeil impossible. La pompe à eau ne marche qu’une fois sur 2, ce qui particulièrement désagréable quand on doit se laver les mains. Finalement aucun élément de nettoyage, pas une éponge, pas un balai et pas une pelle. La cuisine n’est pas accessible la nuit. Du coup obligé de sortir manger ou boire un café. Car le restaurant au RDC ferme aussi la nuit.

The staff were great - I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. They were very attentive and got us checked in very efficiently, even though we arrived past midnight. We had booked the 4 bed/4 bath apartment and there was so much space for the entire family, and then some. The balcony in the master bedroom was a nice surprise and you could see the Nile from it. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was great too. Just be warned - there are a few flights of stairs to get up!
