During my egypt trip, this is one of the best affordable places I stayed at. I was welcomed by the staff, served with chilled lemonade upon arrival, spacious and clean room, extremely friendly staff, great location, oh the breakfast was like better than many hotels i stayed in Egypt.

The mattress is not that great. I booked for two nights but stayed for one night only. I asked for one night refund which was not entertained.

The room was spacious and clean, the view from there was amazing, location is great, and people working there are very kind! I think it was the best option we could find in Luxor!

For some reason, we had to pay more for the 2nd night of staying at the same room. And the owner is not very responsive to the messages.

Very clean and spacious room. Very kind staff. Location was perfect including an excellent restaurant downstairs (Oasis Palace) and short walk to the promenade in front of the Nile.

Unfortunately breakfast was only available as of 8am so we missed it both days.
