Me and my partner Did not get to stay at water street, I booked my stay for 2 nights. At 5pm on the day me and my partner were meant to stay at the accommodation, we got a message saying that the accommodation had maintenance issues. The host then found us another place for only 1 night even though we had originally paid for two and had travelled to liverpool. I have since asked for a refund for one of the nights as we weren’t accommodated what we originally paid for. This was supposed to be a nice get away for an anniversary and actually ended up being stressful

Central location was great.

We had early check in included in the booking but upon arrival had to wait 2 hours for the normal check in times. The shower was leaking and bathroom sink wouldn’t drain water. The staff were able to fix the sink issue. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.
