It smelled like smoke, the room was dirty, towels were dirty NOTHING was clean. The towel was plugged

Location

Being charged twice then having to wait for my money to be put back into my account. The lady at the check in tried to tell me my payment was declined. Showed her that it wasn't because it showed up in my account so she ran my card again same card and I was charged twice. Then no rest. Loud noises in hallways barking dog. Cleanliness is not good either.

The room was not vert clean. The shower head was disgusting and there was a smell of urine in the room. There were poorly patched marks on the wall, and dry, spilt paint on the floor. Mattresses were vert still and the pillows were very limp.

They have no breakfast

There were roaches, very dirty floors and the towels left to bathe with we’re not white but more like dirty stained shop towels

Price is low. Water and toilet worked.

People outside being loud. Hard to sleep. Room was filthy but at least the linens and towels were clean. There were blood stains on the wall. All surfaces were poorly cleaned. Handprints on headboards.

Need was OK.

Roach on wall., no coffee pot, sink clogged up, was double charged after paying ahead. English to check in and try to get double charge refunded was very difficult. I'm still not sure if this will be resolved in a few days or not...
