Staff was great.

The homeless that were living in the facility. It seemed there was constant chaos. At one point law enforcement had to be called.

Been waiting three days to get my refund back from my hotel. This is the reason why I’m giving you a poor rate. I have spoke to the manager two days in a row and he still has not returned my money. I’m still trying to get my money back right now from this hotel.
