Comfortable beds. Good quiet air-con. Reliable WiFi. Five minute walk to the historic centre with bars and restaurants. Supplies of oil, coffee etc in the cupboard. Somewhere to sit outside.

It is on a side street that can seem intimidating until you get to know the area. But we didn’t have a trouble at all. I’m glad we didn’t have a car. It wouldn’t be a great place to try to park.

"Superb"

The first impression of the neighborhood is not good... BUT it's close to most attractions, with lots of extremely cheap shops around (mini market, coffee, bakery). It's also close to Piazza Curro, a very lively place to have dinner or a drink. The house is clean and comfortable.

The showers are a bit small....

Very nice apartment on two floors. The terrace is perfect. Everything was clean, cosy and comfortable. I recommend it.

The neighbourhood was dirty, but I guess in the old part of Catania is like that.
