The property has a problem! a wasp nest! The nest is located in the kitchen ceiling! Wasps were falling out in the kitchen, on the cooker and kitchen sides. They became very active during the night! Flying around the apartment! There was wasp spray on the kitchen side! The owner obviously knows there’s a problem! The place looked like it needed a good scrub! There was only two pillows in the double bedroom which were rock hard! The place needed a good clean and there was a load of hair left in the bath plug hole! It was very warm, there were no fans and we had to keep the windows open but they are very delicate and some glass was broken so we were very careful when opening these! It also stunk of burgers and fried onions all evening! Great location! Could be a nice flat if looked after more! Dirty washing from the previous people staying at the property was dumped by the front door the whole time we were there!

GBFantastic location in the heart of Lovely Southwold, just opposite the Swan. Enjoyed sitting in the window and watching the world go by :-)
Slight smell on the staircase from the restaurant below, but not in the flat. Tv reception was patchy but ok if you move the aerial in the window.
AUGood central location
Shower was awful and hard to regulate temperature . Either boiling hot or too cold and with pathetic water pressure. No tea or coffee provided. The hand towel was bleach stained. Towels were average.. Couldn’t open windows in the bedroom… it was hot and stuffy with no fans.
