GBWell first if all the location is just perfect. I really loved sitting in the window seat, watching the world go by. This flat is just exactly what you need. Central, clean, comfortable and well-equipped.

GBSize was completely adequate for our 2 night stay. Location is brilliant, in the middle of it all.

The steep stairs upto the property. The inadequate heating facilities. Poor quality of finish to the property - first impressions of the inside of the property were ok but upon closer inspection the flat was not very clean - the skirting boards were very dusty, the seal around the bath needed some attention, the taps on the sink in the bathroom were not fixed securely, the heater in the bathroom was useless, the shower curtains were both grubby. Hardy any of the windows opened so it had a serious amount of condensation which led to the place smelling damp. I would not stay there again.

GBThe flat was central to the town and well appointed. Access was easy but parking was distant as expected.
Given that our stay was in early February and it was cold, the only heater in the flat was in the bedroom. An electrician came for the downstairs area of the cafe and turned off the electricity. Once he had gone, our heater was very difficult to reset, as there were no instructions. None of the windows would completely close and rattled in the strong wind. So we were rather cold when we were in the flat, particularly in the evening.
GBGBThis flat is in the heart of the action in Southwold. The flat is comfortable and has all you need for a pleasant stay, the kitchen area is well equipped and just right for self catering. The view from the window seat is great. If you are ever going to be in Southwold for the light switch on this flat is in prime position.
