Tv reception was not good.
GBwindows didnt feel i could open them. no non slip mat in bath . no bread knife.
GBThe location was great. There was everything there that we needed and plenty of space to move around. Why would you want to stay in a tiny hotel room when you can have a whole apartment?

GBGreat location, centre of town near the theatre- where I was going - a stroll to the beach and free parking only a minute away. Shops just accross the road had everything I needed- cafes up the road had lovely breakfasts. The flat itseklf was very clean anbd well appointed, comfortable, good TV channels, window seat was adorable and fun to watch people in the town from. Bed comfy. bathroom ok.
Please put the mirror above the sink instead of above the loo :) Also-I know it was an unusualoly hot weekend but cooling fans would have been great as it is a very very wamr flat- I should imagine very cosy in winter- but |i was sweltering :) Fans plaese.
GBJust perfect for a stay in Southwold. The location couldn’t have been better in the centre of the town , in the Market Place. Just a few minutes walk to everywhere. A fresh open plan flat , which made you feel very comfortable and relaxed.
The only real “issue” was that it would be very useful to have a light at the bottom of the stairs by the front door. The stairs to the flat are very step , and while manageable, a light would help you see more clearly.
