Was near town and bed was nice

No heating or hot water No garden more like a patio facing a derelict building. Lost an earing and when messaged the owner to ask if he could look no response. Too expensive for area it was in.

nothing, asked for our money back as the boiler was broken on the coldest night of the year, landlord couldn't get it fixed.

The heating was in so it was nice and warm and my bed was comfortable.

Where to start. I think people need to leave honest feedback and can’t believe some of the reviews people have left where they say they would want to have a repeat visit here. I accepted that the property was a good 30min walk from the city centre, but I was very disappointed with the standard of decor and furnishings which was student accommodation at best. Living room furniture was not comfortable and not conducive to relaxing. Bath plugs and chains were missing, bath panel cracked, the bathroom sliding door had no lock and had a two inch gap at one side of it. There were grubby finger prints everywhere and then when I pulled back my duvet to get into bed the bed sheet had a yellow stain on it. The bedding had also been washed with an overpowering powder or fabric conditioner and I couldn’t sleep because of the overwhelming smell. I book lots of places through Booking.com and feel that this property lets the name of Booking.com down. As you can tell I am not a happy bunny!

9 min Uber to centre. Had basic needs in. Beds comfy.

Wasn’t worth the money, dusty carpet , half a blind missing, patch of mould / damp on ceiling.

It was warm and cosy heating was glorious it was really comfortable and looking forward too booking again for a longer stay.

Some stuff needs attention and fixing like the wardrobe in one bedroom and a bedside light in the other.

perfectly situated for a short uber ride to town. clean, tidy & a home from home feel We all said we'd definately stay again.
