Cold in the house, broken handle in smallest room, wardrobes not easy to open, not really good shower for washing thick hair, in living room missing table

The beds were very comfortable and clean. Entire house was very clean and it had everything we needed. Forgot our frozen food in the freezer!

The shower's temperature varied in the middle of showering, going from cold to piping hot

Beds were comfy and clean. Was quiet location.

Very run down and needs work done. Carpets coming apart on stairs, making a trip hazard. One bedroom you couldn't even open the door for the bed. I got stuck in the bathroom because the door doesn't close properly.

all the rooms were tidy,kitchen was nice and clean,living room was cozy,everything was exactly like the photos/as described

heating was a bit too much,we was unsure how to turn it down however i’m sure if we contacted the host he would’ve let us know swiftly how to deal with it :)

1. The location was good as it was close to the Centre of Leeds 2. The property is very spacious 3. The property was clean 4. Most of the facilities that we needed were there

1. The cleaners were not very polite 2. The sliding doors in the master bedroom were broken on arrival 3. The sofas in the living room are not very comfortable 4. The master bedroom was not as large as I was expecting

Very clean accommodation with fresh towels for everyone. Close to town centre. 3 separate bedrooms made the stay better as we were 3 friends and could have our privacy. 2 double rooms and one box with a double bed. Allowed us late checkout. Easy check-in process with key lock box. Affordable accommodation for 3 people.

The shower pressure is not good at all, and the boiler makes a lot of noise and is located in one of the bigger bedrooms. The location is close to the town centre but in an old looking neighbourhood. Would have been a nice touch to have some sugar and milk to make tea and coffee.
